Make an Impact! Using your dynamic leadership skills while working within the 16 Mother Baby beds. 5 Labor Rooms and 2 Operating Rooms unit, you would collaborate with the Nurse Manager to ensure safe, efficient and economical operation of the department. As a Clinical Coordinator, you would be caring for a during and following childbirth. Ensuring appropriate staffing needs are met as well as collaborating with other departments to ensure the safety of patient care is provided, your overall clinical responsibilities will comprise of greater than 50% of your time. The Birthplace is NEW with state of the art technology and spacious rooms for the healthcare team to provide care. The unit is supported by a level II NICU.Riddle Hospital has been rated as high performing for maternity care by U.S News & World Report in recognition of their quality care in labor and delivery. Experience: 1. 3-5 years of recent Labor Delivery nurse experience required. 2. Prior charge nurse or other related leadership experience preferred.
Education: 1. Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. 2. BSN preferred, other related Bachelor's Degree or pursuing required. 3. MSN or other related Master's Degree preferred.
Licensures/Certifications: 1. PA RN license required. 2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required. 3. Certification in specialty area desired.
Requirements:
