Coordinates the delivery of nursing services across the organization, ensuring adequate staffing through effective management of nursing resources. Facilitates bed assignments and collaborates with department managers to expedite patient movement. Supports Directors of Nursing and Nurse Managers in staff development, human resource management, and quality care promotion. Responsible for both clinical and administrative duties.

Qualifications

1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Required). Graduation from an accredited nursing school (Required). Relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
2. Experience: At least 5 years as an RN in an acute care setting (Required). Experience in clinical management (Preferred).
3. Licenses/Certifications: ACLS (Required), BLS (Required), PA RN License (Required).
