Responsibilities

• Assist manager with business planning and project management
• Lead recruitment/interviewing and staff development

• Monitor staffing and schedule accuracy; participate in orientation of Charge Nurse
• Support shared governance and decision-making processes
• Ensure safety of patients and staff and participate in quality initiatives
• Handle variable shifts including days, evenings, nights, weekends

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensed in New Mexico
• Advanced certifications as required per the “Life Support Certification for Patient Care Providers” policy (BLS)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous leadership or management‑related experience
• At least three (3) years of progressive experience in the area of specialty

Duties and Responsibilities

• Financial and Strategic Management:
