Job summary

North Suffolk Community Services, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Clinician to serve as Clinical Coordinator in Chelsea, MA.

The role centers on leading an Intensive Community Wrap-Around Services Team, guiding assessment, treatment planning, and service delivery in home and community settings. The clinician will supervise staff, develop and review treatment plans, and ensure interventions reflect clinical formulations and prioritized needs.

Qualifications

• Education/licensure requirements listed above (LPHA in various forms).
• Experience in clinical or rehabilitative services for adults with mental health or substance use disorders preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and MAP certification; CPR/first aid within five months of hire.
