Job Details

The Clinical Coordinator, Radiation Therapy, a full-time 12-month position, will contribute through teaching, scholarship, and the professional development of students.

  1. Prepare instructional materials and evaluation instruments for teaching and clinical assignments.
  2. Assist in curriculum design, development, revision, and implementation.
  3. Deliver lectures and supervise laboratory/clinical sessions related to the theory of radiation therapy.
  4. Observe, evaluate, and record student performance, providing supplemental training as needed.
  5. Collaborate with the Radiation Therapy Program Director and clinical educators on student evaluations and clinical content.
  6. Stay updated on developments in radiation therapy and education through participation in workshops, symposia, and professional meetings.
  7. Engage in the professional development of students through advisement, evaluation, and supervision of research projects.
  8. Participate in departmental, college, and university administration, including committee membership and attendance at ceremonies.
  9. Contribute to professional organizations through leadership roles at various levels.

Job Description

  • Master's Degree required; candidates without a Master's must be enrolled in or plan to enroll in a Master's program upon hire.
  • Experience in curriculum design, evaluation, instruction, academic advising, counseling, and JRCERT accreditation processes.
  • Valid ARRT certification and registration in radiation therapy are required.
  • Minimum of two years of professional clinical experience, including one year as an instructor in a JRCERT-accredited program.
  • This is a salaried position with comprehensive benefits and retirement plans.
  • Salary will be commensurate with experience.
