MUHA is seeking a Registered Nurse Clinical Coordinator for the Electrophysiology (EP) Lab to lead Structural Heart patient care and to assess and implement innovative resources increasing care team effectiveness. This role provides direct leadership, supports staffing, and ensures nursing standards are met across the EP Lab.
You will mentor the nursing team, coordinate staffing, and act as a liaison between clinical and support services while supporting frontline operations.
Job Description Summary The Registered Nurse Clinical Coordinator for the Electrophysiology (EP) Lab is a seasoned nurse able to assess, create and implement new innovating resources that will meet the needs of care team members. Provides direct line management and leadership for all Structural Heart patient care areas. Ensures proper standards are followed for nursing practice and provides interface between the support services and clinical services. Facilitates care delivery system development and operation, including but not limited to staffing and professional delivery of services. Must be present for twenty percent of staffing needs as they arise.

The Registered Nurse Clinical Coordinator for the Electrophysiology (EP) Lab is a seasoned nurse who is able to assess, create, and implement innovative resources and solutions that meet the needs of care team members. In this role, you will provide direct leadership and management for Structural Heart patient care areas; support, coach, and develop nursing care team members; promote a culture of teamwork, engagement, accountability, and clinical excellence; ensure appropriate standards of nursing practice and patient care are consistently maintained; serve as a key liaison between clinical and support services; facilitate the development and operation of effective care delivery systems; support staffing and the professional delivery of clinical services; identify opportunities to improve workflows, resources, and the overall care team member experience; remain connected to frontline operations and be available to support 20% of staffing needs as they arise.
