Join our dynamic team as a Clinical Coordinator/Charge Nurse in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) and take your career to the next level! We are seeking a passionate and skilled nursing leader who is committed to providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment. In this pivotal role, you will ensure smooth unit operations, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and implement best practices for high-acuity cardiac cases. We are seeking a candidate with past cardiovascular critical care experience.
Working hours are 7pm-7:30am with rotating weekends and holidays required.
$5,000 Sign On Bonus Available
Internal employees and rehires who left Northwestern Medicine within 1 year are not eligible for the sign on bonus.
