Qualifications

Job description

We are seeking a Clinical Coordinator BCBA to join a non-profit school in West Chester, PA, dedicated to quality, evidence-based, compassionate care for individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism.

Reporting to the Assistant Executive Director, you will oversee BCBA staff and serve as a resource to the interdisciplinary team.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8a-4p
$2000 Sign-On Bonus

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a team of BCBA's and BA's
  • Serve as a behavior analysis expert for the interdisciplinary team
  • Deliver clinical and case management services
  • Design and conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA), including Functional Analyses
  • Conduct preference and reinforcement assessments
  • Develop behavior interventions to increase adaptive behavior and decrease severe challenging behavior
  • Train Direct Support Staff (DSP)/RBTs to implement behavior support plans and other clinical initiatives
  • Monitor the implementation of behavior support plans for integrity
  • Utilize Behavior Skills Training as needed for behavior interventions
  • Write reports and summaries of client progress
  • Attend client progress meetings
Qualifications:
  • Certification: Must be certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and in good standing according to the BACB
  • Education: Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, psychology, special education, or a related field
