Job summary

Isomorphic Labs in Cambridge, MA seeks a Senior Legal, Clinical to advance drug candidates through clinical development. You will draft, review and negotiate a variety of agreements, partnering with the Clinical Development team and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You’ll embed with cross-functional teams, safeguard IP and data rights, and help scale contracting playbooks while managing outside counsel and budgets in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• J.D. or equivalent law degree required.
• Massachusetts Bar admission or eligible for MA in-house registration.
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex clinical agreements.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate and execute clinical research agreements (CTA, MSA, investigator agreements, site contracts, lab service, clinical supply, patient agreements).
• Partner with Clinical Development team as primary legal business partner.
• Develop standardised contracting playbooks and templates to speed study start-up.
