  • Manage execution of Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs), Master Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs), and other related contractual documents
  • Develop study-specific budgets and negotiate site budgets and contracts
  • Accurately forecast contract execution timelines and communicate issues to the Study Lead as needed
