OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Clinical Content Specialist leader to advance our mission of providing faculty and leadership with top-tier educational resources. As innovators in the Nursing Education market, we continuously explore new and inventive methods to engage faculty in adopting best practices for curricular success. If you are an analytical thinker with a passion for developing nurse educators, we want to hear from you!
You will collaborate closely with the Associate Director of Clinical Content to plan and deliver high-quality consultation services. Your role involves identifying and assessing client needs, and developing evidence-based, best practice content that engages faculty and supports your role development from novice to expert.
You will work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to provide educational services and coordinate efforts with the nursing education and sales team. You should be enthusiastic about nursing education, pedagogy, mentoring, data analysis, and process improvement. You will thrive in a collaborative, team-based environment, driving goals, and initiating action. A keen understanding of nursing education and the importance of program success in preparing future nurses for the innovative and dynamic world of nursing is essential.

Compensation:
Target salary range CA, CT, CO, DC, HI, IL, MD, MN, NY, RI, WA: $95,560 - $133,750Additional Information:
