This role is typically an individual contributor responsible for a professional discipline or specialty. It involves delivering and managing projects, working with stakeholders to achieve results, and possibly mentoring colleagues or directing lower-level professionals. The focus is on project delivery from design to implementation, adhering to policies, and utilizing specialized knowledge acquired through education.
Autonomy: Established and productive individual contributor working independently on moderately complex projects.
Organizational Impact: Sets objectives for own job area, contributes to project milestones, and may involve in cross-functional assignments.
Innovation and Complexity: Faces general problems, requiring broader understanding; makes adjustments or recommends system/process enhancements.

Leadership and Talent Management: May guide entry-level professionals or colleagues in Support Career Stream.
Requires practical knowledge within the job area, typically obtained through advanced education and experience. A Baccalaureate degree (or equivalent outside the U.S.) with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with no experience required.

Salary range for U.S. locations (excluding Puerto Rico): $68,000 - $102,000.
