The Center for Human Development is seeking a full-time Clinical Supervisor to provide essential support in mental health crisis intervention for youth and adults. The role involves conducting therapy, leading assessments, and supervising clinical staff in a collaborative team setting. Center for Human Development (CHD) is seeking a full-time Clinical Supervisor to work in a team environment providing care to youth and adults at CHD’s CBHC Crisis Stabilization. The Clinical Supervisor will respond to adults and children experiencing mental health and/or substance use crises during their stay at Crisis Stabilization. Services include, but are not limited to, individual and group therapy, comprehensive assessments, and crisis assessments when clinically indicated.
Open 7 days per week, with flexible hours; ideally, the Clinical Supervisor will work day shifts. The ideal candidate will be independently licensed or licensed eligible in clinical mental health counseling, social work, or a related field.
The candidate should be oriented toward offering a continuum of care across all services, supporting staff in clinical growth, treatment planning, safety coordination, and triaging responsibilities. The right candidate will be kind, dynamic, and able to foster a culture of caring. They should be able to work in a fast-paced team, multitask, assign responsibilities, and handle urgent matters as they arise.
All candidates must pass a CORI and driving background check.
We offer a competitive pay of $37.50/hour, along with benefits such as dental, health, and life insurance, paid time off, vacation time, and paid holidays.
