What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide operational and administrative support to Clinical Consultants for superior account management
- Prepare client-specific deliverables, including formulary and utilization management extracts
- Triage inquiries and ensure all are addressed within service level guarantees
- Assist in identifying report automation opportunities to enhance departmental efficiencies
- Actively participate in client calls, interdepartmental meetings, and team discussions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician National Certification (PTCB) where required by state law or ability to obtain within 1 year of employment
- 2+ years of experience working in a pharmacy-related role or 2+ years of PBM experience
- 2+ years of experience working with Excel, including pivot tables and functions
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Must be 18 years of age or older
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of pharmacy terminology (NDC, GPI, Therapeutic Class) if not Pharmacy Technician certified
- Experience with systems such as RxClaim, RxBuilder, or SharePoint administration
- Basic to Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Access
- Familiarity with Visio
