Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Two years of relevant experience.
• Read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Be able to pass a background check and screening requirements as required by contract and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Use cleaning equipment, including floor machines, vacuums, wet mops, and other supplies.
• Clean and maintain buildings, remove debris, and keep areas neat.
• Vacuum and buff floors, shampoo carpets, empty trash, and replace liners.
• Dry and wet mop floors, scrub and buff, transport trash from utility rooms.
• Perform routine heavy cleaning and special cleaning of walls, fixtures, and windows.
• Identify safety hazards and follow safety rules; document inspections and maintenance.
