Health First seeks an experienced Clinical Charge Nurse to lead nursing care delivery, assess patient needs, and ensure quality outcomes. You will oversee planning, implementation, and evaluation of care across shifts, guiding staff, and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams.

The role emphasizes patient safety, staff development, and effective communication to sustain high patient satisfaction and optimal throughput in a dynamic hospital setting.

Qualificações

• Active Florida RN license
• BLS for healthcare providers (AHA)
• ACLS/PALS/NRP or equivalent certifications beneficial
• Ability to speak/read English proficiently
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment

Responsabilidades

• Lead assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to staff.
• Address patient and family concerns and ensure escalation protocols are followed.
• Lead shift huddles and care transition planning to ensure safe disposition.
• Promote patient safety and effective communication with the care team.
