Job Overview:

In this role, you will work under the supervision of the RN to provide care to patients on the unit. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: taking vital signs, EKGs, performing phlebotomy, assisting with or providing bedside care such as bathing, mouth care, and skin care. Flexibility to work every other weekend and holiday is required.

Required:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • BLS certification through the American Heart Association

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in patient care preferred
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Certifications and Licenses Required:

  • AHA BLS
