Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking a Clinical Care Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and patient care in the Denver region. You will provide leadership, clinical guidance, and ensure adherence to policies and standards to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include coordinating care plans, training staff, managing a caseload, and ensuring timely start of care. RN license and 2+ years of nursing experience required; pediatric/home health experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• RN licensure currently in good standing
• 2+ years of nursing experience
• Home Health and Pediatric experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of high‑quality patient care within assigned region/caseload
• Provide leadership, guidance and clinical oversight to nursing staff
• Coordinate care plans with patients, families, physicians and interdisciplinary team
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations and best practices
• Develop and implement treatment programs and evaluate discharge potential with physician input
• Conduct supervisory visits and comprehensive assessments per policy and rules
• Coordinate care between direct staff and external providers
• Serve as liaison with physicians, hospitals and other agencies
• Mentor and train direct care staff; verify competency and orientation
• Participate in staff development and QAPI programs
