Jobvite, Inc. in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a Clinical Care Supervisor to oversee delivery of high-quality patient care across a regional caseload.
You will provide clinical leadership to nursing and care staff and ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and best practices. The role combines field-based patient visits with administrative duties; after training, some tasks may be performed remotely.
Anticipated Compensation: $35 to $38 per hour
Full-time | Monday–Friday, daytime business hours

The Clinical Care Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care within their assigned region or caseload. This role provides leadership, guidance, and clinical oversight to nursing and care staff, ensuring compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and best practices. The Clinical Care Supervisor collaborates closely with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care plans, address concerns, and support optimal health outcomes. This position also plays a key role in staff development, performance management, and ensuring continuity and consistency of care.
