Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience accepted.
• Experience in scheduling or administrative roles preferred.

• Ability to lift 15-20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Track provider availability and create monthly schedules.
• Prepare patient lists for scheduled visits and notify Customer Support Specialists two weeks prior.
• Maximize use of clinical days and schedule work efficiently.
• Manage requests from Customer Support Specialists to ensure timely visits.
• Remain accessible to Providers throughout the day to provide support.
• Use metrics to increase efficiency in day-to-day operations.
• Perform other duties as necessary.
