Job summary

Dignity Health - Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital is seeking a Clinical Care Partner (CNA) to provide essential patient care leadership and ensure efficient clinical operations in Grass Valley, CA.

You will oversee patient flow, assist with hygiene, mobility, and monitoring, while coordinating with RN and other staff to uphold safety and quality standards. Previous CNA experience or RN/LVN progress may be considered; CPR is required.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CA) credential required.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification required.
• Active enrollment in RN or LVN program acceptable with ongoing clinical coursework.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities for patients.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the RN promptly.
• Coordinate patient flow and staffing under supervision of nursing leadership.
• Document care provided and maintain accurate charting.
