Job summary

The Pennant Group, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Care Director for Stoughton Meadows Assisted Living in Wisconsin.

You will lead clinical operations, oversee resident care services, and drive programs that enhance quality of life for seniors. You will conduct assessments, coordinate care with physicians and pharmacies, recruit and mentor a high-performing clinical team, and ensure compliance with state regulations and HIPAA.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license preferred.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in assisted living, senior living, or healthcare.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
• CPR certification as required.
• Passion for serving older adults and supporting team development.

We are looking for a compassionate and motivated clinical leader who is passionate about providing exceptional care to seniors while building a strong, resident-centered culture.
