Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care reflecting TechFlow Solutions's standards of excellence
• Run point on Persuasion education days, translating clinical guidance into language patients keep
• Build on healthcare experience to elevate standards of care
• Apply IV insertion and TNCC interventions while monitoring side effects
• Walk the Milwaukee, WI floor at handoff and observe every patient before signing out
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up care
• Maintain hand hygiene and isolation precautions during busy periods
• Spot subtle declines early and act before code events
