Duties
  • Provide medical administrative support in a fast‑paced medical office environment.
  • Coordinate patient care by scheduling appointments, communicating with providers, and managing patient records.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records, ensuring that all information is current and complete.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of medical terminology and apply this knowledge to coordinate patient care.
  • Manage patient communication, including phone calls, emails, and in‑person conversations.
  • Work closely with healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Experience
  • Previous experience in a medical environment preferred.
  • Proven experience in medical administrative support, including patient scheduling and record management.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and medications, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a clinical setting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma required; Associate’s degree or Medical Assistant/Pharmacy Technician certification preferred.
