Required: BSN and RN licensure, 3+ years in acute care, strong communication, and ability to work in a dynamic environment focused on KPI-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• BSN required and RN licensure.

Position SummaryResponsible for coordinating and optimizing patient movement throughout the hospital to ensure timely patient access to care, efficient utilization of hospital resources and safe patient placement. Works collaboratively with all patient care areas to manage patient progression and reduce delays.EducationBachelors of Science in Nursing required.ExperienceMinimum of three (3) years as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting required. Previous experience in bed control/patient flow preferred.Skills· Degree in nursing required and demonstrated proficiency working with patient flow/bed control activities.· Ability to manage a changing working environment as a result of changing patient needs.
