Job summary

Northside Hospital is seeking a Clinical Care Associate to provide nursing assistance and patient care for the comfort, safety, and personal needs of patients. You will assist with activities of daily living and perform charting, order transcription, and data entry in the patient care system.

The role operates within a unit-based, multidisciplinary team and includes clerical duties as needed to support patient care. AHA BLS and relevant clinical certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold CNA on Georgia Registry.
• CMA certification awarded by AAMA.
• RMA awarded by AMT.
• CCMA awarded by NHA.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association required.
• Minimum 1 year of patient care experience in acute care settings.
• Color vision adequate for role.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing assistance and patient care for comfort, safety and personal needs.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living.
• Prepare and maintain patient charts; transcribe physician orders.
• Enter information into the computerized patient care system.
