Sharp HealthCare in Coronado, CA is seeking an exercise instructor to plan and deliver classes for cardiac outpatients. You will assess and tailor prescriptions, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and support department goals while maintaining a safe, engaging environment.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Exercise Science/Physiology and AHA BLS Healthcare Professional, with ACLS/CES/ACE certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science/Physiology.
• AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS Healthcare) - REQUIRED

Responsabilités

• Plan and administers assigned exercise instructor functions and duties.
• Assess, implements, and evaluates exercise prescriptions for cardiac outpatients.
• Facilitate multidisciplinary approach to patient care and attainment of department goals.
• Teach scheduled classes and adapt exercises to meet member needs.
• Attend instructor meetings and contribute to program marketing and operations.
