The role you\'ll contribute

The Clinical Call Center Triage Nurse will serve as a key point of contact for patients, providing expert nursing care over the phone. This role is responsible for assessing patient symptoms, determining the urgency of care needed, and guiding patients through next steps, whether that involves scheduling appointments, providing home care advice, or recommending emergency care. The nurse will work closely with the care team, ensuring seamless coordination and communication, all while delivering compassionate and patient-centered care. He/She will work in compliance with AdventHealth\'s policies and those of all local, state, federal agencies, and applicable accrediting bodies.

• Provides guidance and education on common health concerns and home care advice.
• Facilitates referrals and appointment scheduling to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you\'ll need to succeed

• Associate degree - Required
• Current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Florida or licensure from another state with verification of application and eligibility for Florida licensure by endorsement - Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) - Required
• 2-3 Years OBGYN or Labor & Delivery Experience - Required
