What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a business intelligence team in designing and delivering dashboards, reports, and analytics that support clinical and operational decision‑making
• Build, maintain, and optimize BI infrastructure — including data models, SQL queries, and reporting pipelines — with a focus on accuracy, reliability, and performance
• Analyze clinical, operational, and performance datasets to surface meaningful trends that support leadership decisions and improve care delivery
• Translate complex healthcare data into clear, trusted insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ensure data quality and governance standards are upheld across all reporting systems and analytical outputs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align BI solutions with clinical priorities and organizational goals

Who You Are

• Experienced in healthcare or clinical analytics, business intelligence, or health data management
• Proven track record designing and managing BI systems — dashboards, reporting pipelines, and data models at scale
• Comfortable working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets in regulated healthcare environments
• A natural leader who can guide and develop a team while staying hands‑on with complex analytical challenges
• Detail‑oriented, methodical, and committed to data integrity and accuracy
• Strong communicator who can present insights clearly to diverse audiences

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or AI evaluation workflows
