What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a resource for clinical management staff regarding financial liability for provider services and contract-related costs
- Collaborate with the Director of Clinical Solutions to develop new contract budgets and participate in clinical conferences
- Research and document patient-driven costs and provider rates for budget management
- Analyze contract budgets to evaluate clinical management requirements and develop action plans to manage budget expenditures
- Work with the Risk Analytics Team to identify trends and improve budgeting and forecasting accuracy

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in health care administration, business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of five years of experience in health care or a related field
- Strong medical background with an understanding of medical terminology and health care principles
- Experience with medical documentation and assigning CPT codes for workers' compensation reimbursement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel

- Medical coding certification
- Experience in medical billing within the workers' compensation industry
- Ability to effectively communicate and present to diverse audiences
