Job summary

Under supervision, designs and conducts analysis of clinical trials, develops data reports, and assists in manuscript preparation. Requires a Master’s degree and at least three years of experience in clinical research and statistical methods. On-site in San Antonio with UT Health benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a science field related to the duties.
• Three years of experience in clinical research.
• Experience with statistical analysis and data interpretation.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with software for statistical analysis.

Responsibilities

• Designs and conducts analysis of clinical trials under the direction of faculty and study staff.
• Responsible for programming data related to study monitoring and analysis.
• Selects data samples, prepares questionnaires, and analyzes collected information according to established statistical methods.
• Provides statistical, programming development and produces data validations, query reports, and study reports for clinical studies.
• Develops charts and graphs to display results; may assist in writing research papers for publication.
• Maintains computer software and hardware.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
