Job summary

Medpace in Cincinnati is seeking a Junior Business Intelligence Analyst to join the Insights & Analytics team. You will design and develop dashboards, reports, and data stories that inform leadership decisions.

Work closely with leadership, product management, operations, finance, and developers to expand BI capabilities, using SQL, Power BI, and data modeling. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and 0–3 years in BI or analytics, strong analytical and communication skills, and the drive to

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Life Science, Computer Science, or Related Degree.
0-3 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics within a clinical setting or healthcare– Power BI and advanced SQL preferred.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Excellent organization skills and the ability to multitask while efficiently completing high quality work.

Responsibilities

Design and develop dashboards and reports to drive insights and business decisions.
Partner with leadership and engineers to implement data architecture and design, to support complex analysis.
Analyze complex data sets to identify key business insights and inform departmental decision making.
