Job summary

Oceans Healthcare seeks a licensed or eligible Clinical Social Worker/therapist to deliver direct clinical services in a behavioral health setting in Louisiana. You will provide assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver individual, family, and group therapy to adolescents and adults.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, coordinating with physicians and other therapists to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care and effective discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Must hold one of the listed clinical licenses or be eligible for licensure.
• 0–1 year post-graduate clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct clinical services per standard social work practice.
• Plans and conducts individual, family, and group therapy as assigned.
• Reviews assessments and develops treatment plans under physician supervision.
• Performs case management and discharge planning.
• Participates in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings and integrates reports.
