The University of Kansas Health System is seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist at the Marillac Campus to provide individual, group, and family therapies, evaluating biopsychosocial history, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to develop and monitor treatment plans.

This role emphasizes clinical supervision of interns, maintaining licensure, and ensuring compliant documentation in the EHR while delivering compassionate care and engaging with patients and families.

Competenze

• High School Graduate.
• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• 1+ years of related experience.

Mansioni

• Assesses patient biopsychosocial history and collaborates with the multidisciplinary team throughout hospitalization.
• Develops treatment plans with goals via collaboration with patient/family and treatment team.
• Facilitates implementation of the treatment plan using appropriate methodologies.
• Schedules and conducts individual, group, and family therapies daily and monitors progress towards goals.
• Maintains compliant documentation of clinical interactions in the EHR and ensures quality service.
