Bloomwell Autism Therapy is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join a compassionate, people-first team. Deliver personalized behavior intervention under a BCBA, track progress on an iPad, and support families.

• Accurately track and document patient behaviors and progress using an iPad
• Foster strong, positive connections with patients and their families to support meaningful outcomes
• Partner closely with the BCBA and team to evaluate progress and help adjust treatment plans as needed
