Job summary

Bloomwell Autism Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician in Omaha, Nebraska. This position focuses on delivering personalized behavior intervention strategies and developing strong connections with patients and their families. What We Are Looking For:

• Deliver personalized behavior intervention strategies under the guidance of a BCBA
• Accurately track and document patient behaviors and progress using an iPad
• Foster strong, positive connections with patients and their families to support meaningful outcomes
• Partner closely with the BCBA and team to evaluate progress and help adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality
• Actively contribute to a supportive, inclusive, and team‑oriented clinic environment

What You Need:

• Not required but preferred Associates, Bachelors or Masters degree in any field for entry‑level BT roles
• Full‑Time availability Monday through Friday 7:45 am to 4:30 pm
• Passion for working with children with special needs and making a difference in their lives
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel and sit on the floor for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Ability to move quickly in response to patient needs
