Job summary

LittleStar ABA Therapy seeks a Clinical BCBA to support patients in the Bloomington, IN area. The BCBA will develop programs, supervise implementation, and monitor progress while collaborating with families and staff to drive meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Board certification in behavior analysis (BCBA).
• Experience with behavior guideline development and programming for children with autism.
• Strong attention to data collection and report writing.
• Ability to train others (parents, staff) in basic principles of ABA, curriculum, programs, etc.
• Participation in IEP meetings and progress reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise programs and behavior plans.
• Monitor patient progress and supervise assigned teams.
• Collaborate closely with families and staff to support outcomes.
• Provide feedback and training to RBTs as needed.
• Attend meetings and contribute to progress reviews.
