Job summary

LittleStar ABA Therapy seeks a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to fulfill a Clinical BCaBA position in Bloomington, IN. You will develop appropriate programs and supervise their implementation, working with the clinical team to set goals for each patient.

The role emphasizes data collection, reporting, staff and family training, and maintaining a safe, supportive therapy environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in ABA or related field and BCaBA certification required.
• Experience with behavior guideline development and programming for patients with autism.
• Strong data collection and report writing skills.
• Ability to train others (parents, staff) in basic ABA principles.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Creates and supervises implementation of new programs.
• Supports CBI, EBI, and TABI; creates individualized behavior support plans.
• Monitors progress and provides feedback; conducts functional assessments.
• Attends IEP meetings and collaborates with treatment team.
• Ensures safety and maintains client confidentiality per policy.
