Job summary

LittleStar ABA Therapy is looking for a skilled Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst to support patients in the Carmel, IN area. This role requires a collaborative approach to develop and implement behavior support plans.

As a BCaBA, you will monitor patient progress, supervise Technicians, and ensure high-quality clinical care in a supportive environment.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in ABA, be BCaBA certified, and possess strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in ABA or related field required.
• Must have Board certification as a BCaBA.
• Experience with autism programming essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop behavior plans and support patients.
• Supervise Technicians and monitor patient progress.
• Conduct functional assessments and parent meetings.
