Job summary

St. Luke's University Health Network seeks a Clinical Audiologist to perform comprehensive hearing evaluations, BAER testing, infant screenings and hearing aid services. The role includes interpreting results, counseling patients and coordinating referrals to related services.

The candidate will hold a doctoral degree in audiology, be licensed in PA or NJ as required by work location, and maintain BLS and CPR certifications; ASHA ethics compliance is expected.

Qualifications

• The Clinical Audiologist must have a doctoral degree in audiology.
• Current PA or NJ Audiologist license is required based on work location.
• BLS certification is required on hire or within 30 days.
• CPR certification and adherence to ASHA code of ethics are expected.
• CCC-A is desirable; Clinical Fellowship Year candidates are considered.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive hearing evaluations including audiometry, tympanometry and reflex testing.
• Conduct BAER testing and infant screening as indicated.
• Interpret test results and communicate findings to patients and physicians.
• Provide hearing aid services, fitting, counseling and follow up.
• Refer to related services as appropriate and counsel rehabilitation options.
