Job summary

Duke Health Integrated Practice is seeking a Clinical Audiologist for our Mebane, NC office. The clinician will evaluate hearing and plan habilitative/rehabilitative programs for patients with auditory disorders.

Senior Clinician duties include mentoring, leading educational opportunities, and credentialing activities. Requires licensure and CCC/ABOA or equivalent credentials, with a strong focus on evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Audiology or Master’s in Audiology required.
• North Carolina licensure as an Audiologist and a CCC in Audiology from ASHA or ABOA, or temporary license during 4th year AuD.
• Full license required before expiration of temporary license.

Responsibilities

• Independently maintains a clinical caseload in designated clinical area.
• Provides evidence-based evaluation and treatment to diverse, medically challenging patient populations.
• Completes required documentation accurately and within the designated time frame.
• Works collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to promote best care of the patient.
• Participates in the peer review process and performance improvement initiatives.
