Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human-services field preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Experience working with children or adolescents in a mental health setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct group skill development sessions covering topics like social skills, emotion regulation, problem-solving, and coping strategies.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide support and assistance to clients during community outings and activities.
• Document client progress, interventions, and outcomes accurately in electronic health records.
