Children's of Alabama in Birmingham is seeking a Therapeutic Associate to provide constant supervision and oversight for youth with behavioral, emotional and developmental needs within the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). You will work with a multidisciplinary team to support symptom management and recovery on a structured day schedule.

The role requires a psychology degree (BS/BA or MS) and experience in behavioral counseling; Crisis Prevention and Intervention certification is a plus.
