The Clinical Assistant provides both clinical and administrative support within an outpatient practice. This position works closely with providers, patients, and care teams to deliver high-quality patient care while maintaining efficient office operations. Sayre is home to Guthrie's largest multispecialty practice and regional referral center. More than 220 specialty physicians and providers practice at the Sayre campus, giving Clinical Assistants exposure to a large, collaborative healthcare environment with access to numerous specialties.
Performs duties of a clinical and clerical nature. Maintains records and applies knowledge and skills to run a full functioning office for one or more Providers in Clinic. Assists professional staff by performing routine duties in caring for patients.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of medical terminology, ability to communicate and excellent customer service skills a must. Must be dependable, professional, flexible and able to multi‐task.
