USC Student Health, Division of Family Medicine at the Keck School of Medicine, is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated full-time clinical faculty members to join our team as Clinical Assistant Professors of Family Medicine (Practitioners). Responsibilities include providing excellent medical care to students, diagnosing and treating various medical conditions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional primary care to USC students, addressing a wide range of medical concerns.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage sports-related and other injuries and conditions affecting physical performance.
• Perform medical procedures such as suturing and wound care, and manage conditions caused by infection or trauma.
• Perform Point of Care ultrasound (preferred); experience in sports medicine is advantageous.
• Experience in the medical care of patients with eating disorders is preferred.
• Partner with Counseling Services staff to assist in the care of patients with mental health issues.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive, student-centered care.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of programs and initiatives focused on college health and wellness.
• Engage in educational and clinical supervision of medical students and residents as part of the teaching faculty.
• Participate in departmental meetings, continuing education, and professional development activities.

The annual base salary range for this position is $232,000 - $262,000.
