Position Summary:
The Department of Biology at Yeshiva College invites applications for a Clinical Assistant Professor of Biology, with a focus on Anatomy, Physiology, and/or Neurobiology, for a full-time non-tenure track position with a start date of Aug 2nd.
Position Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will teach undergraduate lectures and laboratory courses in general biology, Anatomy, Physiology, and Neurobiology, as well as involve students in research. Advise and mentor students, and participate in departmental and university activities and service.
Experience & Educational Background:
A Ph.D. in physiology or neuroscience (or a closely related field) and significant teaching experience are required.
Clear teaching philosophy, excellent course evaluations as evidence of teaching proficiency, and peer-reviewed scientific publications.
