Qualifications

• Doctorate in Counselor Education from a CACREP‑accredited program; start date pre-employment.
• Demonstrated record of effective teaching, supervision, and professional activity; able to teach across CACREP core.
• Desirable LPC, LPC-S, and Registered Play Therapist‑Supervisor credentials.
• Texas Certified School Counselor credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to master’s and doctoral students.
• Advise/mentor students.
• Serve on dissertation committees.
• Collaborate with Counseling Program faculty and affiliated centers/clinics to maintain national stature.
• Participate in university committees and professional counseling organizations.
• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses.
