Job Description

This position will work to expand the applied behavior analysis and treatment services for children with severe behavior disorders, with a focus on behavioral assessment and treatment of pediatric feeding disorder. The role will participate in a growing research program in improving care for individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders and pediatric feeding disorders. Additionally, the position will serve as academic faculty, supporting the training of medical, psychology students, interns, residents, and fellows for individuals with unique neurodevelopmental diagnoses and pediatric feeding disorder.

Responsibilities
  • Expand ABA treatment services for children with severe behavior disorders, focusing on pediatric feeding disorders.
  • Participate in research on neurodevelopmental disorders and pediatric feeding disorders.
  • Support training and supervision of medical and psychology students, interns, residents, and fellows.
Required Qualifications
  • Ph.D. with an emphasis in applied behavior analysis, board certification at the doctoral level.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • At least five years of experience in behavioral treatment for pediatric feeding disorders.
  • Strong documentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with other providers and professionals.
  • Ability to adapt and manage change.

  • Expertise in multidisciplinary treatment for pediatric feeding disorder and training.
  • Experience working in a teaching environment and collaborating with other professionals.

Compensation: $115,579 – $120,000
