Job summary

HUDSON PHYSICIANS SC in Wisconsin-New Richmond seeks a clinical assistant to support providers, prepare patients, document vitals in EMR, and help with treatments in a fast-paced clinic during normal business hours.

The role requires graduation from an RN/LPN program with WI license or Medical Assistant program with certification; strong communication, medical terminology, and computer skills are essential; you will maintain clean exam rooms and assist with prior authorizations and patient

Qualifications

• Licensure as RN or LPN in Wisconsin or Medical Assistant certification.
• Ability to work independently with minimal instruction.
• Strong communication skills and clinical terminology knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers with patient care.
• Prepare patients for examination and record vital signs in EMR.
• Administer medications per clinic protocol.
• Document in EMR accurately and timely.
• Maintain clean, organized exam and treatment rooms.
• Handle patient calls, refills, and referrals as needed.
