Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Assist licensed health care providers in data collection and patient assessment.
- Record patient data using EMR to support clinical decisions.
- Perform testing, obtain vital information and measurements.
- Report data and assist in goal/outcomes planning with the care team.
- Assist with exams and procedures and document interventions in EMR.
